For nearly two decades, my work has centered on how people make decisions under pressure, why behavior changes, what creates friction, and why the same plan can produce radically different outcomes depending on the human system carrying it out.
That work led me to create the Strategic Personality Blueprint, a patent-pending human modeling methodology, and ultimately to build Insperai.
Applied Personality Intelligence is the foundational domain underneath that methodology. It matters because personality data is not the end product. The value is in translating multidimensional human information into intelligence leaders can actually use.
